The Low 80’s is a new group from Portland, Or. Consisting of HALFMANHALF and DAVIS CLEVELAND. They are working on a new album together that is due this summer 2010. Davis Cleveland (SUBM2/ABANGATANG) and HALFMANHALF are both producing and emceeing on the whole project. This is definatley some music to look out for because they like to rap about food and the ladies. This album is a guarnteed fun time and a good listen. Here is a new track off the upcoming album featuring the amazing voice of HALEY HORSFALL called “DAY OF REST”. I hope yall enjoy this soulful cutty!!!

We are “leaking” this track as free promo for the HALFMANHALF and LOW LIMIT album that is coming out later this year.  It’s a grimey slumper called “OUT RUN THIS”. Its produced by LOW LIMIT (LAZER SWORD) featuring myself and COPYWRITE (ODOT) on the mic and Davis Cleveland (SUBM2) on the cuts. Although, this track doesnt really represent the sound of our album, it’s definatley a banger and one i didn’t want to let go to waste. Much respect to DJ TimeStretch and Copywrite for coming through when they were in town, they are some cool ass dudes. The Portland stop will be at Salmon Street Studios (The old Momentum Studios) on May 5th, Cinco De Mayo. I was exited to see this one. A video from the homey Gwizski’s new album E.L.E.C.T.R.I.C.P.A.L.M.T.R.E.E.E.S. (Loop Regions 2). The song is major, with production by Gwizski and flows by N8 The Gr8 (The Cuf). Homey is doing it right and the new album is gonna be a classic. If you dont know of Gwizski and N8 The Gr8 by now, do your homework, cause these dudes are beasts. Much respect for holding down that real rap shit! About a week ago I saw a contest on Thizzlerontheroof.com to remix one of the tracks of E-40’s new album “Revenue Retrievin” called “The Server”. Being an avid 40 fan I jumped at the idea. If you havent picked up this album I highly suggest it. It’s 42 tracks of slumpers. I decided to fully produce the remix as full as rap on it. I hope yall enjoy this hyphy bangerrrr..

Here’s a track I am super exited about. If you dont know Megabusive (Computer Chip) then you really dont know shit. Computer Chip is a veteran San Jose Rap murker. He’s a fucking super cool dude so we did this track. He produced it as well as rapped on it. The track is called “I CAN SEE YOU”. This is sort of a LEAK of it but this shit is fire. I also suggest you check out this free EP he just dropped called “HELLO WORLD” it is some of the dopest shit i’ve heard in a while.
